USGC, Inc. (USGC) is an established, Woman-Owned Small Business, founded in 1999, and incorporated in the State of Maryland, in 2004, with its headquarters office located in Annapolis, Maryland. Maryland. Founded in 1999, the company name was changed to USGC in 2001, and the company relocated to Maryland in 2003, and incorporated as USGC, Inc. a Maryland corporation in 2004.

USGC specializes in delivering client-tailored Acquisition/Contract Management, Program Management, Personnel/Human Resources Management, Training Services, Help Desk/Call Center Support, Records Management, Administrative Services, Security Services, Quality Assurance Services, Information Technology Services, System Integration Services, Engineering Services, and Technical Services, to homeland security, intelligence, defense and civilian sectors of the Federal Government and large prime contractors.

USGC is a truly unique consulting firm. We serve federal departments and agencies, and other larger and smaller prime contractors to solve the customer's problems and provide the services and solutions that are required. Our staff of professionals has experience providing government agencies and government prime contractors with specialized consulting, information management solutions, and developing and integrating information system solutions in diverse and complicated environments for critical systems in the defense, environmental, IT, and space sectors. We help to develop strategies, define plans, prepare and deliver proposed solutions, and implement programs to solve problems and achieve goals. Our unique value to clients derives from assembling and managing experienced teams of managers, functional and subject matter experts, scientific experts, technology specialists, and other support personnel who have significant experience in the government arena, who understand the government's unique problems and challenges, and who have specialized talent to solve those problems.

We have provided exceptional support for the last 9 years as a service provider for program management and acquisition/contracting support for TSA; program management, human resources, and related support to Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) units at the Washington Navy Yard and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); military training in counterinsurgency for basic and advanced COIN, Survival Escape Resistance and Evasion (SERE), and Personnel Recovery (PR) for the Army’s Directorate of Cultural Influence and Counterinsurgency and Army Contracting Activity; help desk and desktop computer services and network support to the U.S. Agency for International Development; and records management, technical support and administrative support to the U.S. Coast Guard’s National Maritime Center.
