TIPSS-3 is a Multiple Agency
Contract (MAC) that is available to the IRS, Department of the Treasury,
Treasury Bureaus and other federal agencies to acquire a wide array of
IT and related services.
USGC, Inc. is proud to be teamed as a Woman-Owned Small Business partner
with QSS Group in support of the IRS on the TIPSS 3 contract. Our
prime, QSS, earned the distinction of being the only new large business
to be awarded the Total Information Processing Support Services -III
(TIPSS-3) contract. Moreover, QSS won in all three principal areas, as
listed below. USGC and QSS and our other team members provide
customers with complete solutions and a single point of contact across
all areas of the TIPSS-3 scope. This provides our customers with the
means to reach new levels of capability, efficiency and competitiveness.
USGC's subcontract (and QSS's contract)
have a 5-year period of performance through 2010, a $3 billion ceiling,
and entail no user fees for the Department of Treasury and its Agencies.
Other agencies may also use the contract for a small fee.
